The varieties of thermocouple types that we produce include types B, C, E, J, K, N, R, S, and T. These thermocouples are composed of quality materials and blends, including platinum, rhodium, chromel, constantan, iron, alumel, and numerous others. Whether our customers need adjustable, fixed, straight run, 45 degree or 90 degree thermocouples, we produce custom products in virtually any junction type, coating, lead style, and tip shape.
We manufacture exposed, grounded, ungrounded, ungrounded common, and ungrounded isolated junctions in coatings that range from alumina, braided vitreous, fiberglass, and metal to PFA, Silica, and porcelain enamel. Available lead styles include miniature jack, miniature plug, pin leads, standard plugs, stripped lengths, and high and ultra-high temperature plugs.
Our versatility also extends into probe configuration, with options available that include air probes, bayonets, bells, grommets, nozzles, plates, ribbons, rings, rollers, washers, and many others. We work with some of the highest quality materials on the market to construct sheaths, covering many varieties of stainless steel as well as flexible armor, mullite, tantalum, and Hastelloy, among others. Our thermocouples are uncommonly robust and resilient, available in abrasion, acid, corrosion, and vibration resistant varieties. They can withstand operating temperatures ranging from -320°F all the way to 3200°F.

We are fully ISO 10012-2003 and ISO 9001:2008 certified, and our products also met all relevant ANSI, AMS, ASTM, BAC, and DPS standards.
